Registration Information

Individual Attendee Registration — $150 per person

Includes conference admission, educational sessions, available recertification credits and CEUs, coffee, breakfast, lunch, an LSU Turfgrass hat, and a conference T-shirt. Multiple individual tickets may be purchased in one order.
 

Sponsorship Opportunities

• T-Shirt Sponsor — $250: Place your logo on the official 2027 conference T-shirt. Email your logo to Blake Brasseaux:  blake@louisianaturfornamental.com

• Vendor Alley Booth — $500: Includes one vendor booth and conference admission for two attendees.

• Purple Sponsor — $650: Includes one vendor booth, T-shirt sponsorship, and conference admission for two attendees. Email your logo to Blake Brasseaux:  blake@louisianaturfornamental.com

• Silver Sponsor — $1,000: Includes one vendor booth, T-shirt sponsorship, conference admission for three attendees, and your logo displayed during breakfast and lunch. Email your logo to Blake Brasseaux:  blake@louisianaturfornamental.com. Only two available.

• Gold Sponsor — $2,500: Includes one vendor booth, T-shirt sponsorship, conference admission for four attendees, and your logo displayed on the welcome and speaker board. Email your logo to Blake Brasseaux:  blake@louisianaturfornamental.com. Only one available.

 

Booth Selection Information

 

During checkout, booth sponsors may list their top three preferred booth locations (booths 1–14). If you are purchasing any sponsorship other than the T‑Shirt Sponsor, please enter your top three booth numbers in order of preference at checkout.
